Every project began as a few pages: what the company believed, and how it should feel to the people who meet it.
Almost every project ended the same way. The brief left my desk and went to someone else to build.
Each time, a little of it went missing. A colour came back a shade off, a note got lost, and what reached people was a few degrees from what we meant.
So now I carry it the whole way, with a team small enough to sit at one table. What we agree on the first day is still there on the day it ships.
A small team and AI do in days what once took weeks. Every call that shapes the work is mine.
Yes. I join as design and product lead and build on what you already have. If the code needs work first, I'll say so before we start.
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, everything we made together is yours. I may mention the project by name on this site.
No. Most of the work moves without us online together, and calls fit your working hours.
Yes. It should feel like part of the company that made it, and that is the part I design and build.

A name, a product, the AI inside it: each is easiest to get right before launch.
